Green Growth Brands (OTCMKTS: GGBXF) (CSE: GGB) closed down 2.01% on the OTC at $4.36.
After a short seller report was issued accusing Aphria Inc (NYSE: APHA) of self-dealing, CEO Vic Neufeld resigned from his position with the company. The company is also entering into a class-action lawsuit in February. Aphria stock lost 2.56% sinking to $6.46.
Cronos Group’s (NASDAQ: CRON) most recent quarterly report announced a 52.04% gain. Cronos was up 1.79%% at the end of trading on Thursday at $13.66.
Organigram Holdings Inc. (OTCMKTS: OGRMF) (CVE: OGI) announced yesterday that it has entered into a partnership with Canada’s Smartest Kitchen, a leader in food product development. The two companies will develop cannabis edibles, specifically chocolate confectionery. Organigram lost 1.05% on the OTC and was trading at $4.71.
Curaleaf Holdings (OTCMKTS: CURLF) (CSE: CURA) recently announced the company has received a medical cannabis processing license in the state of Ohio. The company was trading down 0.40% at $5.85.
Canopy Growth Corp. (NYSE: CGC) recently announced it has been approved for a producer and processor license for the production and manufacturing of hemp in New York. Canopy closed Thursday up 1.59% and was trading at $42.77.
Tilray (NASDAQ: TLRY) shares were down 2.52% and trading at $83.45. Tilray announced a long-term revenue-sharing partnership with Authentic Brands Group this week, a deal worth $100M.
The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. (OTCMKTS: TGODF) (TSE: TGOD) appointed Dr. Rav Kumar, PhD as the company’s Chief Science Officer. The company was trading down on the OTC by 2.61% at $2.20.
Innovative Industrial Properties Inc. (NYSE: IIPR) ended the day trading up 4.327% at $55.01.
Aurora Cannabis (NYSE: ACB) took a dive Thursday after announcing plans for a $250M debt offering. Aurora lost 9.36% and as trading at $8.81.
With a 28.57% gain in the last four weeks Neptune Wellness Solutions (NASDAQ: NEPT) lost 2.98% and was trading at to $3.58.
Acreage Holdings Inc. (OTCMKTS: ACRGF) (CNSX: ACRG.U) announced Greenleaf Apothecaries, LLC opened its first “The Botanist” medical cannabis dispensary in Canton, OH. Acreage maintains a Management Service Agreement with Greenleaf. The company was down on the OTC by 3.62% and trading at $22.60 at the end of the day.
Thailand has given GW Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: GWPH) and its partner Otsuka Pharmaceuticals patent pending status for specific cannabis extracts produced by the company. GW Pharmaceutical was up 4.58% Thursday and trading at $134.50.
Hexo Corp. (OTCMKTS: HYYDF) (TSE: HEXO) announced it has been approved to list publicly on the New York Stock Exchange beginning January 23. Hexo ended the day up on the OTC by 3.60% and trading at $4.84.

ETFMG Alternative Harvest ETF (NYSEARCA: MJ) was trading down 0.33% at $30.58.
