Cannabis stocks had a mixed day Wednesday closing out with most heavy weights down.
After announcing a partnership with international Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis’ (NYSE: NVS) subsidiary Sandoz, Tilray (NASDAQ: TLRY) announced another partnership with beer giant Ab InBev (NYSE: BUD). Shares of Tilray unexpectedly slipped more than 6% to $71.54.
Cronos Group (NASDAQ: CRON) fell 3.2% to $11.17, and Canopy Growth Corp. (NYSE: CGC) slipped 3.88% to $28.10.
Despite recent allegations of fraud, and despite Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd. (CSE: GLH) (OTCQB: GLDFF) announcing that it no longer wanted to acquire Terra Tech Corp (OTCQX: TRTC), Terra Tech jumped more than 19% to $0.66.
Innovative Industrial Properties Inc. (NYSE: IIPR) dipped 1.42% to $50.11. GW Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: GWPH) slipped 2.46% to $110.03.
Namaste Technologies (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) (CVE: N) was down 8% at $0.76. Organigram Holdings (OTCMKTS: ORGIF) (CVE: OGI) was down nearly 3% to $4.61.
Auxly Cannabis Group Inc (TSXV: XLY) (OTCQB: CBWTF) was up more than 6% to $0.55.
Aphria Inc. (CVE: APHA) (NYSE: APHA) plunged nearly 8% to $5.40 after short-seller Citron Research issued a bullish report on the company.
After announcing the company received one of 6 vertically integrated cannabis licenses in New Jersey, Green Thumb Industries Inc (CSE: GTII) (OTCQX: GTBIF) shares fell more than 2% to $9.03.
Aurora Cannabis (NYSE: ACB) (TSX: ACB) ended the day down over 4.3% at $5.29.
iAnthus Capital Holdings Inc (CSE: IAN) (OTCQB: ITHUF) opened its first Florida dispensary yesterday. However shares of the company dipped more than 4% to $4.02.
Isodiol International Inc (OTCQB: ISOLF) (CSE: ISOL) was up more than 5% to $1.19.
Origin House (CSE: OH) (OTCQB: ORHOF) had a wild ride with shares spiking into double digits. By the time afternoon trading closed the company was up less than 1% at $4.61.
