Aurora and Australis announced that as of September 19, 2018 the common shares and warrants of Australis will begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange as AUSA. This will occur immediately following the disbursement of units to Aurora’s shareholders.
Aurora’s aggressive acquisitions campaign has caught the eyes of many investors. Recently Aurora purchased hemp seed producer and processor AgroPro, Borela a processor and distributor of hemp seed, and ICC Labs.
Estimated worth roughly $231 million, Aurora has been establishing partnerships and infrastructure across the globe, making it one of the safest cannabis investments for long term growth.
While Aurora’s prices continue to lag behind Canopy’s, it’s arguable that is due to Aurora’s aggressive expansion into both the European and South American markets. Aurora’s prices are projected to pick up in the near future.
